Our work with Premier New Zealand Asset Management Company

Overview

We had the pleasure to work with this premier financial services company. We developed the following applications:

• KiwiSaver on boarding application with an automated identity verification
• A unit trust on boarding application
• Client portal for web, and native mobile apps

Challenge

While we ended up developing majority of the clients client facing software, we were originally contracted to improve and refresh their current KiwiSaver onboarding application. At the time the application was taking over a minute to compile a CSV file and submit this to a secure backend. The client desired to speed this process up as well as add further validations. We ened up refreshing this application and developed a back end webservice to verify a prospect using a 3rd party KYC verification service, application submission to a secure backend service, as well as PDF generation to be emailed to the new prospect. We managed to do this within 5 seconds.

We continued to build out web apps for the client for further investment products. We were then entrusted to build a client portal web application to replace the inflexible white label offering.
