OneEnabled was a home automation startup based in Miami, Florida. Created to provide a more accessible solution for homeowners by reducing cost and increasing usability.
Challenge
We were tasked in implementing a user interface (UI) that was provided by a talented designer. All elements and controls were customised to mimic the real life controls, it was slick and classy. Some unique features for 2015 were:
- A changeable background depending on the time of day and weather
- Custom UI elements that we elegant
- Faster interaction with the home automation devices than the competitors
Results
We were especially proud of all the feedback that was received by the home automation market, customers were impressed at the offering it was:
- The best looking automation app at the time
- Most stable - 100% crash free on the iOS App Store
- We increased the interaction speed by 200% compared to our white label provider
- Implemented a scene engine
